Logging in to karikya is quick and straightforward. Just enter the mobile number or email you registered with, along with your password, and you'll be in within seconds. You can log in via mobile browser, desktop, or the karikya app — whichever works best for you.
It's common for bettors to get locked out because they've forgotten their password or changed their number. There's no need to panic — karikya's password reset process is straightforward. Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form, and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to set a new password.
Two Ways to Log In
Karikya supports two login methods:
- Login with Mobile Number: Enter your Bangladeshi mobile number (+880) and password. For most members, this is the fastest way in — your number is easy to remember, unlike an email address.
- Login with Email: Enter your registered email address and password. This method is more commonly used by desktop users.
Both methods are equally secure. Use whichever one you find more convenient.
"Remember Me" Feature
When logging in on your personal device, tick the "Remember Me on This Device" checkbox and you'll be logged in automatically next time. Never use this option on a shared device or public computer — it's a security risk. Always log out at the end of your session on such devices.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication (2FA) on karikya is completely optional, but strongly recommended. With 2FA enabled, no one can log in without an OTP code — even if they have your password. You can turn it on under Account Settings → Security.
What to Do If You Have Login Issues
- If You've Forgotten Your Password: Go to the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and reset it using a mobile OTP.
- If Your Account Gets Locked: Multiple failed password attempts may temporarily lock your account. Wait a few minutes or get in touch with support.
- If Your Mobile Number Has Changed: If you no longer have access to your old number, the support team will verify your identity and help you regain access.
- If You Don't Receive the OTP: Check that the number is correct, wait a moment and try again, or contact support.
Log In via the App
Signing in through the karikya app is even more convenient. Once you log in, the app remembers you — next time, all you need is your PIN or fingerprint. The app also gives you live match notifications and a quick-bet feature that aren't available on the browser.
