Karikya Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using the karikya.asia website and its associated mobile application (collectively referred to as "karikya" or the "Platform"), you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Using the service without reading these terms means you will not be able to claim you were unaware later — so please read through everything before you begin.

Karikya is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. While it is specifically designed for users in Bangladesh, anyone who registers is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable laws of their own country or region. karikya does not permit registration or access from any area where the provision of such services is prohibited.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use any service on karikya:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.
• You must provide accurate and truthful details at registration, including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

After registration, karikya may request identity documents (NID or passport) and proof of address to verify your account. Withdrawal access may be limited until this KYC process is completed.

Karikya currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking, as well as bank transfer.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (via mobile payment).
• After a successful payment, your balance is usually credited instantly or within a maximum of 10 minutes.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical issue with the payment gateway, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — the source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Funds typically arrive on mobile within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Karikya reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct a review if any unusual activity is suspected.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the turnover requirement attached to that bonus must be met.

Karikya offers a variety of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, Referral Bonus, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, so make sure to read them carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• One Bonus, One Time: Each bonus is available to each member once only. The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Single Account Policy: If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, using the same device or the same payment method to claim bonuses, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
• Turnover requirement: Before withdrawing your bonus amount, you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of that bonus. For example, a 10× turnover requirement means you need to wager ten times the bonus amount.
• Duration: Each bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus not used before it expires will be automatically removed.
• Bet Type: Minimum odds and game-type restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds — full details are available on each bonus's dedicated page.

Karikya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is suspected to have been misused, the relevant bonus and account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Karikya offers Sports Betting, casino games, and live betting. The following rules apply when using these services:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received due to a network issue, please verify in your account's bet history.
• Odds Change: Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are final.
• Match Cancellation: If any match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Technical error: If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a system error, karikya reserves the right to void that bet.
• Betting Limits: Minimum bet is ৳20 (Sports) and ৳50 (Casino). Maximum single bet limits are set by karikya and may vary based on your VIP level.
• Match Fixing: Any bets linked to match fixing or other misconduct will be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that meets international standards and has been independently tested. Each round is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

Karikya places the highest priority on user security and the prevention of financial crime. The following measures are in place to support this:

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification:

• Before making a withdrawal, all members are required to verify their identity. This requires a clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport, along with a recent selfie.
• For transactions above a certain amount, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) may be requested.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. For urgent cases, please contact support.

Account Security:

• Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

If karikya suspects any financial fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, it is legally obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

Karikya believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems. This belief is at the heart of our responsible gaming policy.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily locked for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for a period ranging from 1 month to 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded at regular intervals how long you have been playing.

Either you or karikya may initiate account closure.

On your part:

• You can request account closure at any time by emailing our support team.
• If you have a remaining balance before closure, please withdraw it first. As long as your KYC verification is complete, there will be no issues processing the withdrawal.
• Your account cannot be reopened while a self-exclusion period is active.

From karikya:

• Any breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
• If evidence of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is found, all balances may be confiscated.
• A maintenance fee may apply to long-term inactive accounts (12 months or more) — you will be notified in advance by email.

Even after an account is closed, transaction records will be retained for a specified period in accordance with legal obligations.
